Hey parents, we have some great resources for your kids! This month we are highlighting an interactive workbook that will guide your kids closer to God and deeper into His Word. Getting a Grip on the Basics for Kids by Beth Jones pulls kids into a journey to discover their identity in Christ. As they go through this workbook, they will grow in confidence of their knowledge of who God is and will learn to use the living and active weapon of God’s Word. Beth Jones says, “It’s time for Christian kids to know who they are in Christ, to have a prayer life, to know the Word, and to live by faith!”

Through this workbook, kids will explore basic truths such as…

  • How to know you’re going to heaven

  • How to pray

  • How to read your Bible

  • How to have God’s best

  • How to experience God’s love and forgiveness

  • How to know the Holy Spirit

  • How to be a winner with God

Kids will love the interactive activities, thought-provoking questions, and the simple way that Jones communicates the truth of God’s Word. This book is recommended for 3rd–6th graders and is designed to be completed with an adult. Getting a Grip on the Basics for Kids is available to purchase at the Summit Bookstore. Be sure to stop by and check it out, along with many other incredible resources for your kids!
